While growing up, I am always the kid that helps mom and dad to solve their "technology" questions. They usually come to me with the questions like "how can I hide my post on my social media platform?" or "can you help me enlarge the text on it?" As I solved those questions for my parents, I always raised the question in my heart, "can these apps or software just be intuitive enough for everyone to use?" which later opened the door for my user experience design journey.

Intrigued by the interaction between technology and human, I keep exploring innovative solutions to optimize the digital experience for users. Starting from a human-centric mindset, doing immersive research of the product, leveraging the user data, and integrating my expertise into the ultimate solution shape my day-to-day life as a user experience designer. While striving to be the bridge between humans and technology, I wish, through my effort, one day, my parents will no longer hold their phones and ask me more questions (jk).
